The first meeting of the Promotions and Branding Committee was held Friday, May 4 at the Grantsburg Library community room Ben took the lead by organizing the meeting and providing an agenda. A working statement of purpose came out of this meeting: To promote the Grantsburg community while supporting all GRO committee projects ensuring a cohesive brand targeting residents, businesses and visitors. This statement will help the committee move on to the next step of defining our actions. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 5th at 8 AM at Crex Meadows. We are looking for more members especially with talents in creating press releases or designing marketing packets/sell sheets for businesses.
