Agenda item: Façade improvement project
Todd Johnson has recruited Professor Chris Holtkamp of UW River Falls and 2 students to help Grantsburg develop a Façade improvement plan. They will be documenting each of the 20 buildings in the downtown (building type, location, use, materials, dimensions, parking, lighting, sidewalks, historic photos, current photos). They will also develop an electronic map that can be accessed online that contains the information above.
Todd will assist the River Falls students in interviewing business and property owners regarding future plans. Todd will then sketch the downtown with potential improvements.

Agenda item: Natural Resources Committee
Rod Kleiss flew his airplane over the Wood River to get photos of blockages that need to be cleared in the river way. These photos will be used along with the county GIS map of the river to identify the worst jams that need clearing.
